• To hire, please register and select the product you would like to hire. 
• Hires start from £10 per month, with the majority of our hires costing £14 per month. 
• Collection is from any of our hire sessions or please get in touch to collect outside of these sessions: info@cosykoala.co.uk
• All postal hires are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 - please bare this in mind when checking out. 
• No payment details are stored on our website. These are handled via our third party provider Stripe. You can save a payment method on your profile, but we cannot see any payment details. 
• Please return your loans on time, or extend the hire via your profile - please see video below on how to do this. If you do not extend your hire, or return your hire 7 days after the due date, it will be automatically renewed via the method saved to your profile. 
• Please return your loans to the same session you hired from. If you hired outside of these times, please get in touch for the return location - info@cosykoala.co.uk. You can also post your hire back via a traceable method (Royal Mail tracked 24/48 preferred) - again please get in touch to arrange this.
